1. Why do your clients decide to use your services?
Answer: They realize that they do not have the time or the knowledge necessary to analyze complicated invoices and their vendors' computerized customer service records, which contain much of the information needed to determine errors, omissions, promotions, and savings. Every month delayed means more lost savings. The only nominal time required on their part is to provide us with access to their invoices and records. We do the rest.
In addition they realize that they cannot readily audit their circuits and match them to their invoices to determine if they are all in use and in working order.
In addition, they are not familiar with industry pricing which includes all the promotions and contractual agreements that are available and constantly being changed and updated.

2. How can you provide a thorough detailed audit and analysis of a client's services without an up-front charge?
Answer: We have a record of finding savings for our clients, which they most always implement. Because we have historically saved our clients money in almost every case, we are confident that cost reductions will be obtained. The client pays us a portion of that savings with no added budgetary expenses.
3. I have a representative now from the carrier who handles all of my needs? Why do I need Teleffective's services?
Answer: Our primary and only focus is to find errors, omissions, promotions, and improve the quality of service for our clients when we find it lacking. We sit on your side of the table in order to obtain the most accurate and cost effective solutions to your telecommunication needs - this is our mission. We train to keep our knowledge current and updated on a daily and weekly basis.
4. What is your policy regarding confidentiality and privacy when acquiring billing data and customer service records?
Answer: Teleffective signs a confidentiality agreement not to divulge any information received other than strictly for the purpose of determining errors, omissions, available promotions, and quality of service problems. This information is strictly kept in-house and confidential. We value the trust placed in our company to protect the privacy of each of our clients, and we work hard to earn it.
5. How long does it take to perform your audit and determine the savings, then implement the orders to affect the savings?
Answer: The time, from when we begin our analysis to producing the results, to implementing the orders necessary to complete the cost savings, generally runs from 4 to 6 weeks depending on how quickly we can obtain the data from our client and the vendors, including the carriers' order completions and billing dates.
Teleffective investigates the order requests and follows through in great detail on every order and credit to make sure that our client receives his cost reductions on a timely basis. We compare the before and after invoicing to arrive at an accurate analysis on a computer spreadsheet each month of the savings based on orders submitted versus actual orders completed and subsequent invoice amounts. Our job is not done until you receive everything we determined you were entitled to in most cases over 36 months.
When reviewing in detail your communications bills we will find errors or overcharges, and arrange with the phone companies to eliminate extra and mistaken charges that are present on our clients bills.
