  • Client approves agreement to no up-front charges by Teleffective for the services provided.
  • Client will agree to effective changes recommended that result in improved services.
  • Based on effective changes client will pay Teleffective a percentage of 1st year savings to client based on analysis of implemented 12-15 months of bill reductions following changes.
